Rooibos Crème Caramel Hot Toddy

1 teapig rooibos crème caramel tea temple
3 tbsp (45 mL) bourbon
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
2 tsp (10 mL) fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) boiling water
Place teabag, bourbon, honey and lemon juice in hot toddy glass or mug. Top with hot water and
steep for 5 minutes; remove tea bag and discard. Stir to dissolve honey.
