Shipping & Returns


We ship domestically throughout all of Canada, P.O. Boxes included. For international shipping options, please visit teapigs UK or teapigs US. 

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. If under $50, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $12.50. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days; however, some may take a little longer to reach you especially if it's a busy time of year like the holiday season. Overall, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a link to the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please let us know. We'll work to find the best solution.

Instore Purchases

We're unable to provide refunds or exchanges for teapigs products purchased through one of our vendors or retail partners.

Editing/Cancelling an Order

Thanks so much for your order!

Once your order is placed, we're unable to edit it and cannot add or remove product. We're also unable to cancel an order. Please ensure before completing your purchase that everything in your cart is correct.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you've entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist; however, please note that orders ship quickly. 

For incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout (and returned to us), a reshipment fee of $10 will be charged to ship the order a second time.
